We understand that buying eyewear online, especially internationally, can raise concerns about fit or comfort. That's why we've crafted a customer policy that prioritizes quality, transparency, and trust.

Effective from Mar 25, 2025, our customer policy is as follows:


1. Product Defects
If you discover a defect in your glasses — such as an incorrect lens prescription or a distorted frame — please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a refund, send us clear photos of the issue via Chat or service@seoul-optics.com.
Once the defect is verified, a 100% refund will be issued via PayPal.

Please note: A difference from what you expected (e.g., style or feel) does not qualify as a product defect.


2. Returns and Exchanges for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind.
Instead, we’ve designed a smarter, more trustworthy approach to help you shop with confidence:

  • ✅ We are the first in online eyewear to offer aspheric single-vision lenses as our default option — for lighter, thinner, and more comfortable wear.

  • ✅ Need the perfect fit? Send us your photo — our licensed optician can pre-adjust the frame to suit your face before it ships.

Thanks to these measures, we minimize the need for returns while offering a personalized, high-quality experience from start to finish.
